This week in our career explore class we worked on the finance cluster and the similiaries in finance are that knowledge, skills and abilities . They are alike by that they both need english language , speaking and law and government . Also the work values and the work styles are the same .They aslo both need on the job training and several years of work related experience and for the education they both need a bachelors and masters degree. The differences in the two carrers are that the projected growth is different and the interests are different .The two careers have different tools and technology also works activities and tasks are different . The top industry is alittle different . The related occupations is different for one of the careers a loan officer and budget analysts is a related occupation for that career and the other related occupation is personal financial advisors and credit analysts . The wages are close to being the same but they are both in the same range .

The comparison with the two careers we did are the same to election day by they both involve planning and public stuff or oraganizations . Election day is about the government and stuff like operating and doing stuff . They also involve in planning and directing activities . Also leadership involves in election day .

This week in career explore we researched 2 careers of our choice in education and training . I think that researching careers is a good way to help us choose our career we want to do when we our older . It keeps out options open for a career that interest you . Also you will know what stuff you need for the job like the education required for that job and what tools you would need to do the job . IT also helps you know how much you will make and the training you would need to have . ITs a good way to to learn more about the career you would like to do when you get a job .

My 2 true colors is orange and blue . I am orange because I am generous and nice also I am couageous and impactful . I do alot of nice things for people I would always help out my friends and family and i would do anything for them. ANother true color I am is blue . I am blue because i am enthusiastic and sympathetic . Also i am imaginative and sincere also peaceful .

This week so far we have did true colors about how we are and the we have to pick 4 teachers to tell about there true colors and the 4 teachers that I have picked is mr .dundas ,mrs .Pittenger , MR. Boyars and mrs. collier . The true colors for Mr.dundas is that he is green because he moves around alot and he does stuff alot and mrs. Pittenger she would be gold cause she does does her job good and she sticks to what she is doing . MR.Boyars would be blue because he is always asking us how we are doing and how are day was . Mrs . Collier would be orange because she is generous and nice . MY friends that I would pick would be erika eaton , emily bracken , santana cusick and sammie jones . This week we have did two careers in bsiness management administration . The two careers that I have choosen is document management specialists and industrial - organizational psychologists . The education required for document management specialits that you need to have a bachelors degree, and some college also you need a associates degree and for industrial -organizational psycologists is you need the same degrees as a document management specialists. The wages are $81,140 for a document management specialists and for a industrial organizational psycologists the wages are 83,580 .Some of the knowledge,skills ,abilites are personal human resourses , english language , written comprehsion and some of the tools for document management specialists and industrial organizational psycologists are scanners , spreadsheet software ,management software .
