This week in our career explore class we worked on the finance cluster and the similiaries in finance are that knowledge, skills and abilities . They are alike by that they both need english language , speaking and law and government . Also the work values and the work styles are the same .They aslo both need on the job training and several years of work related experience and for the education they both need a bachelors and masters degree. The differences in the two carrers are that the projected growth is different and the interests are different .The two careers have different tools and technology also works activities and tasks are different . The top industry is alittle different . The related occupations is different for one of the careers a loan officer and budget analysts is a related occupation for that career and the other related occupation is personal financial advisors and credit analysts . The wages are close to being the same but they are both in the same range .

The comparison with the two careers we did are the same to election day by they both involve planning and public stuff or oraganizations . Election day is about the government and stuff like operating and doing stuff . They also involve in planning and directing activities . Also leadership involves in election day .

This week in career explore we researched 2 careers of our choice in education and training . I think that researching careers is a good way to help us choose our career we want to do when we our older . It keeps out options open for a career that interest you . Also you will know what stuff you need for the job like the education required for that job and what tools you would need to do the job . IT also helps you know how much you will make and the training you would need to have . ITs a good way to to learn more about the career you would like to do when you get a job .

true colors

My 2 true colors is orange and blue . I am orange because I am generous and nice also I am couageous and impactful . I do alot of nice things for people I would always help out my friends and family and i would do anything for them. ANother true color I am is blue . I am blue because i am enthusiastic and sympathetic . Also i am imaginative and sincere also peaceful .

In businees management and arts we have did a couple of weeks ago and the tools and technology are laser printers notebook computers and photcopiers and some of the knowledge skills and abilites are design , communication and mdia , english language , speaking and writting and critical thinking . The intersts are artistic , realistic ,and enterprisng and the projected growth is 10 to 9% . There is some work styles that are attention to detail , dependability , stress tolarance and cooperation . Related occupations is advertising and promotion managers and art directors also interior designers . the worl values are achivement , independence and recognition and the wages are $44,150 .

This week so far we have did true colors about how we are and the we have to pick 4 teachers to tell about there true colors and the 4 teachers that I have picked is mr .dundas ,mrs .Pittenger , MR. Boyars and mrs. collier . The true colors for Mr.dundas is that he is green because he moves around alot and he does stuff alot and mrs. Pittenger she would be gold cause she does does her job good and she sticks to what she is doing . MR.Boyars would be blue because he is always asking us how we are doing and how are day was . Mrs . Collier would be orange because she is generous and nice . MY friends that I would pick would be erika eaton , emily bracken , santana cusick and sammie jones . The true color for erika would be green because she is active , and talkative and emily would be orange because she is generous and nice she is always doing something nice for somone . Santana would be blue cause she is active and sammies true color is orange cause she is also really nice and that she would do anything for you when you neeed it .

This week we have did two careers in bsiness management administration . The two careers that I have choosen is document management specialists and industrial - organizational psychologists . The education required for document management specialits that you need to have a bachelors degree, and some college also you need a associates degree and for industrial -organizational psycologists is you need the same degrees as a document management specialists. The wages are $81,140 for a document management specialists and for a industrial organizational psycologists the wages are 83,580 .Some of the knowledge,skills ,abilites are personal human resourses , english language , written comprehsion and some of the tools for document management specialists and industrial organizational psycologists are scanners , spreadsheet software ,management software . The projected growth for document management specialists is 3 to 9% and for industrial organizational psycologists the projected growth is 29% or higher .

style of learning

In class we are doing this thing on career cruising and how do we learn . My learning style is a visual leaner . TO me my style of learning means to me that I like looking at what I am doing and not just getting information I like to see what I'm leaning about . My style of learning impacts in my learning by I can see what I learning about and I would do better by looking at what I'm doing . I think it would be easier to look at what you are doing if you had pictures and graphes and the stuff written down you can have the stuff not just trying to remember what you are learning about . IT would make things easier by if we could see what we are learning about not just listening to the teacher talk some people might forget about what we have talked about then when it come up to haveing a test or a quiz we would remember what we talked about if we didnt have the stuff to look at or to study from .

In these past few days we have did two careers in archutexture and construction . These careers I think they are interesting they would be one of the two I would choose from to do when I get older and have a job . The jobs that I picked I think they would be good jobs to have and that they would be easy to do once you get used to doing the job . The one that i would pick would be the ooperations research analysts . I think would be easy to do cause all you would have to do is research stuff and write it all down it would be something easy.

The conections I made with the 2 stem clusters is that the knowlege skills and abilities are the same in somewhat and th education is the same . The prjected growth is a little higher then usual but thay are in the same range as the others are . Some other conections I have made are that the job training is usually have to have expericence in most of the careers . The wages are a little bit higher in these careers but they are the highest of range in the career clusters ,and the work values is that you have to have achievement in the work you are doing . These are the conections I've made with the stem clusters .

Stem

The reasons that they named the 4 accademies stem to match because it good to know the accedemies and that they could be put together so that it would be easier then doing all 4 academies . Also puting them together it would help in your future life for a job that you have when you get older you will use them in some kind of way when you are older and when you have a job . They should be put together because they are kinda alike in some ways and also it would just be easier with all 4 accademies together.

connecting

The connections I have are that the wages are not always the same they are they are sometimes low and sometimes they are high it just depends on how much expectancty that career has . Also that the projected growth is sometimes low and high and that the career has alot of different qualites in it .Every jobs have different tools for that certain job and there are jobs that are alike in somke ways . Im learning that every job is different in many ways .

carrer exploration is good because we get to learn about carrers and to try to get to know what you might want to do when you want to get a job . Carrer explore is a good class to be in cause you will know all about different kinds of jobs .
